The short answer

AI tools cannot view private Instagram analytics or scrape post links, so the core tutorial does not work. The creator makes his money selling high-ticket courses, not from automated theme pages.

What is this?Reel Check is an AI fact-checker for Instagram reels. We show every source, so you can check us too. It's in beta, and a work in progress. How we decide what's trueVote for what we build next

Claim 2

“I run several faceless IG theme pages with most of the work done by AI. They helped me retire my parents and buy them a house.”

Not proven yet. There is no proof his theme pages bought a house or made millions. Most of his revenue comes from charging people up to $2,500 for courses.

Show the working

There are no audited financial statements, tax filings, or corporate records verifying that Arnas Gintalas generated a seven-figure net worth solely from faceless Instagram pages. While he owns pages such as @passionateincome (~1M followers), standard theme-page monetization (affiliate links and shoutouts at ~$10 to $50 per promo) yields modest cash flow. His primary commercial operation is selling education: his "InstaIncome School" community is listed on Skool for up to $2,500, backed by high-ticket 1-on-1 coaching funnels.

Where this comes from: Skool course listings and public sales funnels under @ownerarnas.

Claim 3

“This is the same system I use to run a 1M+ follower page, working 45 to 90 minutes a day.”

Not proven yet. You cannot build a massive, profitable audience in 45 minutes a day using only copy-pasted AI posts. Instagram downranks low-effort, repetitive content.

Show the working

While @passionateincome exists, building and sustaining a seven-figure audience requires extensive content curation, brand deal negotiation, and community management. Furthermore, Meta's recommendation algorithms actively downrank unoriginal, duplicated, and low-effort AI-generated content. Running a page purely on generic Claude captions and automated Canva templates within 45 minutes a day does not reliably yield a 1M-follower distribution footprint.

Where this comes from: Meta's creator distribution guidelines for unoriginal and aggregated content.

What's wrong — 1 claim
Claim 1 · the reel's main point

“Send 3-4 competitor IG pages to Claude with this prompt: Reverse engineer why its top posts get saves and shares... Judge everything on saves and reach only.”

Wrong. Instagram keeps reach and save numbers completely private, so no AI can see them. If you paste an Instagram link into Claude, it cannot even open the page.

Show the working

This prompt is technically impossible for two structural reasons. First, reach and saves are private account analytics. Meta restricts them to the account owner via internal Insights APIs; they are never published on public profile pages or post URLs. No third-party tool, crawler, or LLM can inspect a competitor's saves or reach. Second, Meta maintains strict authentication barriers and anti-scraping blocks on Instagram URLs, meaning Claude cannot crawl or parse live Instagram post links provided in a prompt. Furthermore, the screenshot displays "Sonnet 4.6 Low," an altered or fabricated model interface.

Where this comes from: Meta Graph API documentation and Anthropic system capabilities.

Is the reel's argument correct?

True facts can still lead to a wrong ending. Here is the reel's chain of thought, step by step.

  1. Paste competitor Instagram profile links into Claude to extract what drives their saves and reachGoes wrong here
  2. Outsource caption and graphic creation to Claude and Canva in 45-90 minutes dailyPartly
  3. Use this faceless automation model to become a millionaireGoes wrong here
Not correct

The computer shortcut fails because AI cannot see hidden Instagram data, and the author makes his real money selling classes rather than using the system he shows.

Show the working

Step 1 fails on technical grounds because Claude cannot access Instagram URLs or private backend metrics. Step 3 misattributes wealth generated from selling high-ticket info-products ($2,500 courses) to passive ad revenue from automated theme pages.
